Relax and restore with an all-inclusive retreat suitable for practitioners at all levels.
Join us Aug. 17-20 for an intimate retreat led by Ouma Phommaneth and Lara Gratsnipoulous of Pure 8 yoga studio! Ouma, the founder of the studio in Beaverton, has taught and practiced at studios throughout the Northwest. In 2014, she traveled to India to practice under the Sivananda style of yoga, as well as study Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga under Dr. Jitendra Das at the Patanjali International Yoga Foundation. She is a firm believer that yoga is for every body at any level and is excited to host our first-ever yoga retreat at the Lodge.
Attendees will arrive at the Lodge on Friday, Aug. 17, and enjoy a full 2.5-day yoga itinerary that includes five yoga asana practices, as well as guided meditation sessions, posture assessment clinics, and health and wellness guidance. In addition to the yoga practices and discussion sessions, guests can opt to take advantage of other Lodge activities such as horseback riding, swimming in the wild and scenic Minam River, hiking in the spectacular Eagle Cap Wilderness or enjoying a luxurious massage. Guests will depart on Monday morning.
The retreat package includes lodging in your choice of accommodation, yoga, and healthful, elegant meals prepared by Lodge Chef Carl Krause, featuring the bounty of the Lodge garden and provisions flown in from local farms. Evenings will include live music under the stars. For special package pricing and more details, see pure8hotyogastudio.com/minam-river-retreat.
