For over 30 years, John Paul has been fanatically producing beautiful Oregon
wines in the tradition of Burgundy. That means sustainably farming the grapes
with no irrigation, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in small oak
cooperage for a minimum of 18-20 months. John produces beautiful Pinot noir,
Chardonnay, Nebbiolo and a blend of white Italian varietals in Dundee. Join us
