    Guest instructor Tami Apland will be visiting the Lodge June 8-16. Tami will be offering morning and afternoon yoga classes. A former ballet dancer, Tami’s teaching style is gentle and restorative, rooted in her love of anatomy, movement and helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and minds.     John Grochau developed his love of French wines while racing bicycles through Champagne, Burgundy and the Loire Valley. After later working for more than a decade at the legendary Portland restaurant Higgins, one of our favorite urban haunts, he became a winemaker. We are all lucky for it. John sources fruit from organic and sustainably farmed vineyards to create superb wines including emerging Oregon varieties such as Melon de Bourgogne and Gamay. We are delighted to welcome John, his wife Kerri Kelvin and their border collie mix Ms. Olive to the Lodge for a special dinner with wine pairings. $125 for Lodge guests.

    Music in the Minam with Austin Quattlebaum — September 21–22, 2019

    Austin will be back at the Lodge with his new bride for two nights, playing on the deck after dinner in the evenings. Quattlebaum's playing style is rooted in traditional southern bluegrass, but his stage presence and improvisational nature have morphed his sound into something all his own. He’s developed his show to be a more complete live experience, switching instruments around on stage from banjo to cello banjo to guitar, and incorporating comedy and funny stories in between songs. Performances are complimentary for Lodge guests.

    Music in the Minam with Eli West and Ben Winship — September 28–29, 2019

    Join us on the Lodge deck for live music under the stars by Eli West and Ben Winship. Eli and Ben are leading the new acoustic folk music scene in the Northwest and beyond. We are delighted to have them back at the Lodge, where they will share some of their original songs after dinner each evening. (Complimentary for Lodge guests.)
